When a concern arises between a customer and professional, NexSara can review available information, hear from both sides, and determine appropriate marketplace actions.
NexSara is a marketplace, not the service provider.
Customers and independent professionals arrange and perform services directly. Payment may also occur directly between them. NexSara's role in a dispute is generally limited to reviewing marketplace-related concerns and determining appropriate action concerning use of NexSara.
How NexSara can help
What NexSara can help with
Review information provided by both parties
Review relevant NexSara messages, requests, bookings, and account activity where available
Request additional information
Clarify possible misunderstandings
Review alleged policy violations
Determine appropriate marketplace/account action
What NexSara generally cannot do
Guarantee the quality or outcome of independently provided services
Act as a court, insurer, law-enforcement agency, or legal representative
How resolution works
1
Tell us what happened
Submit the issue and include useful details, dates, messages, photos, receipts, or other relevant information.
2
We review both sides
NexSara may contact the customer and professional so each has a reasonable opportunity to explain what happened.
3
We review available information
We consider information from both parties together with relevant NexSara records and applicable marketplace policies.
4
We determine the marketplace response
Where appropriate, we may help clarify the issue or take action relating to a NexSara account, listing, or platform access.
How we consider decisions
Information from both sides
We do not assume either party is correct simply because they reported first.
Available evidence
Messages, service details, photos, receipts, account records, and other relevant information may help us understand what occurred.
Marketplace policies
We consider whether the reported conduct conflicts with NexSara's applicable policies or professional standards.
Severity and history
Serious incidents and repeated patterns may warrant stronger action than isolated minor issues.
Possible outcomes
Help clarify or resolve the issue
Where appropriate, NexSara may help the parties communicate, clarify the issue, or identify a practical path forward.
Account or listing action
Depending on the circumstances, NexSara may warn, restrict features, require corrective action, limit visibility, suspend, or terminate access.
No marketplace action
If available information does not establish a policy violation, or the matter falls outside NexSara's role, the review may close without marketplace action.
Serious safety, fraud, abuse, or other significant policy concerns may result in immediate action.
Everyone has a part to play
Customers
Provide accurate information
Communicate respectfully
Provide relevant evidence when requested
Follow payment arrangements made with professionals
Avoid knowingly false, misleading, or retaliatory reports
Follow NexSara policies
Professionals
Represent services accurately
Deliver services consistent with agreed details
Communicate clearly and professionally
Maintain required credentials where applicable
Respond to reasonable requests for information during review
Follow NexSara professional and marketplace policies
Misuse of the reporting process, including intentionally false reports, manipulated evidence, harassment, or abuse of NexSara systems, may itself result in account action.
Payments, refunds & service disputes
Direct payments
When a customer pays a professional directly, refunds or other financial resolutions generally need to be handled between those parties or through the applicable payment provider.
NexSara-supported payments
If a NexSara-supported payment option applies, any available payment, refund, dispute, or payout process is governed by the applicable payment terms and capabilities.
Service outcome
NexSara may review marketplace conduct related to a service, but that review does not make NexSara the provider of the underlying service or automatically create responsibility for losses arising from that service.
Is someone in immediate danger?
Contact local emergency services first. NexSara support is not an emergency-response service.
