These Trust & Verification Standards (“Standards”) describe the identity verification and credential review processes used by NexSara to enhance trust and safety within the marketplace.
These Standards apply to all Service Providers using the NexSara platform and are incorporated by reference into the NexSara Service Provider Agreement and Terms of Service.
Verification helps improve marketplace transparency but does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of services provided by Service Providers.
NexSara operates a global digital marketplace designed to connect customers with independent service professionals.

NexSara may require Service Providers to submit identity documentation including:
Identity verification confirms the identity of the individual submitting documentation but does not validate professional qualifications, licensing status, or regulatory compliance unless explicitly stated.
Where applicable, NexSara may review documentation relating to a provider’s professional activity, including:
Verification reviews are based solely on documentation submitted by the provider and do not constitute regulatory approval, licensing authority validation, or professional accreditation.
In certain jurisdictions and where permitted by applicable law, NexSara may conduct additional trust and safety reviews, which may include:
Any such reviews are limited in scope and may vary by jurisdiction due to legal and regulatory requirements.
Following review, NexSara may determine one of the following outcomes:
Verification status may be reviewed periodically and may be subject to renewal or reassessment at NexSara’s discretion.
Verification approval may result in the display of verification indicators, badges, statuses, trust signals, profile designations, or other marketplace credentials on the NexSara platform. The appearance, visibility, placement, design, availability, eligibility requirements, and associated benefits of such indicators may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by NexSara at any time.
Verification status on NexSara:
Service Providers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.
Verification status does not guarantee:
Customers remain responsible for conducting their own evaluation and due diligence before engaging a Service Provider.
6.1 No Regulatory Approval
Verification by NexSara does not constitute approval, authorization, accreditation, registration, licensing, certification, endorsement, or recommendation by any governmental authority, regulator, professional body, trade association, or licensing organization.
NexSara reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time where it determines that verification standards are no longer met.
Revocation may occur for reasons including:
Revocation of verification status may occur independently of account suspension, restriction, or termination decisions.
NexSara may also temporarily suspend, restrict, or place verification status under review while additional information, documentation, renewal materials, or investigations are pending.
Verification documents submitted to NexSara:
NexSara retains verification information only for legitimate operational, verification, fraud prevention, security, legal, regulatory, and compliance purposes, and only for as long as reasonably necessary in accordance with applicable laws and the NexSara Privacy Policy.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that submitted documentation remains accurate, current, complete, and valid. NexSara may request updated documentation periodically to maintain verification status.

In the event of any conflict, the Service Provider Agreement and Terms of Service shall govern.
NexSara operates as a global digital services marketplace headquartered in the United States.
Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Nothing in these Standards shall be interpreted as NexSara acting as a regulatory authority, licensing body, or certifying institution.
NexSara may update these Trust & Verification Standards periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes.
